Leadership Development

With AIESEC you can jumpstart your leadership career. In fact, AIESEC offers over 6,500 leadership positions each year at the local, national and international level. Companies and external partners recognise AIESEC’s ability to develop the leaders of the future and choose to work with AIESEC for that very reason.

Leadership opportunities offered:
• Lead a team of 5-7 people in exchange, human resources, external relations, or finance
• Running a project or conference team
• Become president or member of a local executive board in charge of 15-75 members
• Join the national leadership team coordinating national efforts, partnerships, and strategies
• Be part of a global support team to drive strategies and develop resources in a particular area
• Work abroad for a local or national team in a different country for a period of 2-12 months
• Make it to AIESEC International; a team leading the efforts of the global organisation

• AIESEC Global Community Development Program and Leadership Development Program (under GIP Program of CUHK)
• Global Internship Programme (Only for Postgraduates)
• Team Member + Leadership Programme

AIESEC Global Community Development Program and Leadership Development Program (under GIP Program of CUHK)

For this programme, it is aimed at providing a chance for members to develop both locally and internationally through experiencing the unique AIESEC Team Member Experience in AIESEC-LC-CUHK and the AIESEC Exchange.

Global Internship Program

For Global Internship Programme, it is aimed at providing the unique AIESEC Exchange experience. Details are as follows.

AIESEC-LC-CUHK organizes AIESEC touch every year, to let students in CUHK know more about our core work and core values.
